What is Endpoint Modeling?

EndPoint Modeling is a logical methodology, a proprietary way of organizing and managing custom software development projects, created to eliminate the risks of budget and timeline overruns, and projects that fail to meet or exceed expectations. EndPoint Modeling allows us to contractually guarantee the budgets and specifications we agree to, so the risk is always on us, never our client.

What Do You Do?

We are a high-end IT & custom software development solutions provider that specializes in the EndPoint Modeling approach to project management.

Where Are You Based?

We are a US-based company with a global presence. While our headquarters and high-level development services are located in Washington DC and New Jersey, we maintain several off-shore offices for low-level services, allowing us to offer premium development results at a lower cost to our clients.

Do You Offer Staff Augmentation?

We can assign our engineers to work for our clients on a project-by-project basis, but we first have to establish a project blueprint. In creating this, we will save your company time and money by comprehensively scoping out all of your requirements before assigning a group of 10-15 engineers to help.

During our initial discovery workshop with our clients, we agree on the project’s features and functionality, the UI/UX, and all other specifications along with the budget and the timeline. We then break the project down into milestones, and we invoice you at the completion of each milestone.

This means that you are never charged for wasted time, or improper scoping of requirements. We are paid for results, not hours.

What Is Your Hourly Rate?

We get asked this question frequently because most technology solutions providers use the Time and Materials engagement model, so knowing the price per hour or per month is very important. We take a Milestones approach to payment because we believe it provides more transparency for our clients.

What Is The First Step?

We like to begin with a telephone discussion so that we can listen to your ideas, ask questions, and develop an understanding of how we can help you to achieve your vision. If we feel that we can help, and you would like to move forward with the process, we will schedule a Discovery Workshop at your site.

What Happens in an EndPoint Modeling Discovery Workshop?

An EndPoint Modeling Discovery Workshop is an extensive, on-site workshop that engages all of the stakeholders in the process of deciding what the application is going to look like and what it will do. This can take anywhere from 1-12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

From the consensus achieved in the workshop, we build you a detailed blueprint defining the new project’s features, functions, integrations and UI/UX capability.
We provide the functional and non-functional specifications document, which is essentially the project road map, and a feasibility study to eliminate the risk of surprises during the development process.

Finally, we produce a complete UI/UX clickable prototype, enabling you to see the product we will deliver to you before a single line of code is written.

Can I Keep The Project Blueprint if I Choose Another Development Company?

Yes, the blueprint is yours to keep. At the same time, if you decide to move forward with developing your project with us, we will contractually guarantee that your project will be delivered on-budget and to-spec, and that is a rare offer in our industry.

How do you ensure our IP (Intellectual Property) protection?

We are certified by Safe Harbor for our stringent IT protection policies and we always sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with our clients prior to our workshops. Once your project is complete and you no longer require our services, the records for your project will be wiped from our system.

Will I Own My Project’s Code?

Yes, the work we do for you is your intellectual property and you own the code for everything you receive from us.
